文章运用文献资料法,逻辑分析法,调查法从儿童的生理特点和心理特点等方面对儿童健身健美操动作的创编进行分析和研究,探析儿童健身健美操编操时在安全有效、协调力量、动作创新及其音乐选配等方面科学合理编排,利用合理有效的创编激发儿童对健身健美操兴趣,促进儿童身心健康发展。

In this paper, literature, logic analysis and investigation are adopted to analyze and research the creation of kid aerobics based on kids＇ physical and psychological characteristics, and inquires the rational creation of kid aerobics, so as to stimulate children＇s interest in aerobics and promote their physical and psychological development.
