高校和体育娱乐企业在高校体育场馆市场化开发中具有各自天然的优势资源,也有各自不同的利益需求,二者在这两个方面都存在良好的优势互补和需求互相实现的契机。校企联合共同开发高校体育场馆资源既符合国家政策和社会需求,又能实现企业和高校在经济、社会效益方面的需求,具有可行性。
