摘要
2012年底《劳动合同法》最新修正案公布,在同工同酬原则、适用岗位范围、人数比例控制等方面对劳务派遣用工提出了新的要求,高校作为用工单位深受影响,应加紧规范进程,尽快建立起科学的用工机制和管理体系。
The announcement of the amendment of "Labor Con tract Law" by the end of 2012 put forward new demands for labor dispatching in such aspects as the principle of equal pay for e qual job, job scope, number control and other aspects, which greatly influence universities as labor units, so universities should intensify specification process as quickly as possible, so as to es tablish a scientific employment mechanism and management system.
