In order to meet the needs of readers, it is imperative to construct Sichuan Conservatory of Music Digital Library. The construction is divided into software and hardware platform as well as resource database construction, in which the software platform include： total database platform, website, graphic pro cessing and publishing, video and audio processing and publish ing,etc.i resource library construction include： digital music, dig ital video, electronic music, SCCM institutional repository, etc.
