摘要
博物馆作为社会公众教育机构,承担对社会公众进行教育的任务。博物馆宣教工作决定着博物馆工作效果,影响博物馆宣教工作效果的因素有很多。本文从博物馆讲解员队伍建设、藏品内涵展示、宣教硬件设施建设及观众和博物馆互动机制等四个方面进行阐述,试图找出提高博物馆宣教工作效果的途径。
As a public educational department, the museum plays a key role in educating the public. The operation effect of muse um depends on the detailed construction of propaganda and edu cation. Moreover, there are many factors affecting museums mis sionary work. In order to find out the approaches w improve the quality of work, this paper addresses the guide team, collections connotation display, missionary hardware facilities setup and in teraction mechanisms.
