SSM分析法在公务员绩效考核指标体系设计中的运用

摘要 基于公务员实际工作岗位,对目前公务员绩效考核指标体系存在的问题进行剖析,采用SSM分析法逐步逐层分析岗位职责的内部过程与外部环境、发展战略与评价目的,从产出、效率、效果三个层面提出设计公务员绩效考核指标的方法和思路,以提高公务员绩效考核工作的科学化水平。
