SFE-CGC法测定腰痛片中主要成分的含量

Determination of the major components in anti-lumbago tablets using SFE-CGC

目的 建立超临界流体萃取 (SFE)技术和毛细管气相色谱 (CGC)非在线联用技术 ,测定中成药腰痛片中的主要成分。方法 以SFE法进行样品前处理 ,CGC法采用含 5 %苯基硅氧烷交联毛细管柱 ,蒽作为内标进行定量。结果 对国内 5个厂家生产的腰痛片中的补骨脂素和异补骨脂素进行测定 ,含量分别为 :补骨脂素 0 .11～ 0 .5 1mg·g-1,异补骨脂素 0 .2 1～ 0 .5 8mg·g-1。结论 SFE CGC法是腰痛片质量控制的快速可靠、准确灵敏的方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method based on the off line coupling of SFE and CGC for quantitative analysis of the major components in anti lumbago tablets.METHODS Samples prepared by SFE were analyzed upon following conditions:crosslinked 5% Ph Me Silicone as stationary phase;FID detector,anthracene as the internal standard.RESULTS Several samples from 5 factories were determinated by this method.The content of psoralen ranged from 0.11～0.51 mg·g -1 .The content of isopsoralen varied from 0.21～0.58 mg·g -1 .CONCLUSION SFE as an alternative technique for sample preparation will be useful in the quality control of Chinese patent medicines.
