系数倍率法测定曲氮擦剂中醋酸曲安奈德和月桂氮酮的含量

Determination of Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate and Azone in liniment by K-ratio spectrophotometry

目的 测定曲氮擦剂中醋酸曲安奈德和月桂氮 艹卓 酮的含量 ,为该制剂提供质量控制方法。方法 应用系数倍率法在2 40nm和 2 30nm波长处测定曲氮擦剂中二组分的含量。结果 醋酸曲安奈德和月桂氮 艹卓 酮的平均回收率分别为 10 1.0 % ,RSD =0 .82 % ;10 1.6 % ,RSD =0 .6 9%。结论 方法简便 ,快速 ,准确 ,可做为该制剂的质量控制方法。

OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate and Azone in liniment and provide the method of quality control.METHODS K-Ratio spectrophotometry at 240nm and 230nm was applied without prior separation.RESULTS The corresponding average recovery and the relative standard deviation of Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate and Azone were 101.0% , 0.82% , 101.6% , 0.69%,respectively.CONCLUSION This method is simple , quick and accurate for the simultaneous determination of two components in liniment.
