声振人血白蛋白左心声学造影临床应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察声振处理的 5 %白蛋白左心显影效果及安全性。方法  1 0 0例患者经静脉注射 5 %声振人血白蛋白注射液 ,剂量 0 .0 8ml/ kg或 0 .2 2 m l/ kg,评价左室显影的效果及临床用途。结果  0 .0 8m l/ kg时 ,左室 2级以上显影有效率82 .0 %。其余 1 8例未达 2级者 ,再次按 0 .2 2 ml/ kg注射时 ,显影有效率上升至 94.0 % ,左室显影效果显著 ,左室清晰节段数第1次注射由 3.99± 0 .74增加到 5 .6 0± 0 .78,P<0 .0 1 ,第 2次注射 1 8例由 4.1 1± 0 .6 8增为 5 .0 6± 0 .94,P<0 .0 1。结论  5 %声振人血白蛋白经静脉声学造影的左心显影效果显著 ,能增加左室内膜分辨力 ,使心肌内冠脉血流信号增强 。 Objective To evaluate the left ventricular(LV)echo enhancement effect and the side effects of 5% sonicated human albumin.Methods 5% sonicated human albumin was injected intravenously in doses of 0 08 ml/kg or 0 22 ml/kg to assess LV echo enhancement effect and other clinical use in 100 patients.Results In 82 0% of the patients,the LV contrast enhancement reached above grade 2 at a dose of 0 08 ml/kg.In 94 0% of the remaining 18 patients the LV echo was enhanced after the second injection in spite of the poor effect in the first time.The number of clearly recognized segments was increased significantly from 3 99±0 74 to 5 60±0 78 (P<0 01) in all 100 patients after the first intravenous injection.In 18 of these patients the number was increased from 4 11±0 68 to 5 06±0 94(P<0 01) after the second injection.Conclusion 5% sonicated human albumin could enhance the solution of LV endocardium and coronary color flow signals,and would be beneficial to the clinical use.
