肾结石微创治疗三种技术的评价 被引量：5

摘要 泌尿系结石是泌尿外科的常见病、多发病，其病因和发病机制非常复杂。欧美国家流行病学调查显示，尿石症的发病率高达5％-15％，而我国南方地区，泌尿系结石的发病率达到了5％-10％，其中25％的结石患者需要住院治疗。尿路结石按部位可分为上尿路（肾和输尿管）结石和下尿路（膀胱和尿道）结石，其中肾结石又是重中之重。肾结石主要表现为典型的腰痛、血尿等，
