肾结石微创治疗三种技术的评价 被引量:5

摘要 泌尿系结石是泌尿外科的常见病、多发病,其病因和发病机制非常复杂。欧美国家流行病学调查显示,尿石症的发病率高达5%-15%,而我国南方地区,泌尿系结石的发病率达到了5%-10%,其中25%的结石患者需要住院治疗。尿路结石按部位可分为上尿路(肾和输尿管)结石和下尿路(膀胱和尿道)结石,其中肾结石又是重中之重。肾结石主要表现为典型的腰痛、血尿等,
