关于社区卫生服务中心对高血压患者的病因分析及干预

目的探讨社区卫生服务中心对高血压患者的病因分析和干预的结果。方法对2011年1月-2012年12月社区内固定人口进行健康调查,并对检查中发现的高血压患者随机选择66例进行病因检查和干预。对患者的干预结果进行分析。结果对该社区5120人进行健康检查发现,960人患有高血压(占18.75%),在这960例中随机选择66例进行干预后,患者对高血压的认识度得到明显的提高,且自觉养成良好生活习惯的人数也不断增加,多数患者血压得到一定陈程度的控制。结论社区卫生服务中心的干预措施,对于帮助高血压患者详细了解病情并自动进行预防,从而使高血压疾病得到预防和控制具有非常明显的效果。

Objective To observe the etiology analysis and intervention of community health center on patients with hypertension. Methods Fixed population in a community were for health survey from January 2011 to December 2012. And 66 patients with hypertension were randomly selected for etiology analysis and intervention. The intervention Results of patients were analyzed. Results From the health survey on 5120 people in the community, we found that there were 960 patients with hypertension, which accounted for 18.75%. After the intervention of 66 patients who were randomly selected from 960 patients, the awareness of patients on hypertension improved evidently, and the number of people developing good habits consciously increased, and the hypertension of most patients was controlled to some degree. Conclusion The intervention measures of the community health center not only can help the patients with hypertension detailedly know about the state of illness, but also can prevent the disease automatically, which can prevent and control the hypertension and has evident effect.
