摘要
地勘企业执行力方面存在的问题有:不能准确把握企业的战略规划目标及深刻内涵;不能敏锐捕捉企业的形势变化;在战略目标的贯彻落实中,存在讨价还价的情况;对企业文化的作用重视不够,没有完全调动团队的积极性。提升地勘企业中层执行力的措施:把好选人用人关;科学制定发展战略,确保目标一致、号令统一;捋顺管理,建立科学的激励机制;营造良好的企业文化促进执行力的提升。
This paper first analyses the problems with regard to the execution ability of geological exploration enterprises. These are: neither the strategic planning goals nor profound meaning of the enterprise can be grasped accurately; and the change of the enterprise's situation cannot be keenly felt, Furthermore, there is the bargaining in the implementation of strategic target; neither the role of corporate culture has been played down nor the enthusiasm of the team has been fully aroused. On account of this, some measures for improving the execution are proposed: we should examine carefully to see if personnel selection and appointment is done according to the employment standard. We also make scientific development strategy so as to ensure the goal congruence and unified order. In addition, we should straighten the management, establish scientific incentive mechanism, and create a good corporate culture.
