健康教育结合电话随访对幽门螺旋杆菌阳性患者疗效的影响

Influence of health education combined with telephone follow-up on the curative effect in the treatment of H. pylori positive patients

目的:探讨健康教育结合电话随访对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性患者疗效的影响。方法:将300例Hp阳性患者按检查日期单、双号随机分为实验组和对照组各150例,对两组均发放Hp知识需求调查表、Hp阳性患者健康教育方式需求调查表,实验组根据调查结果在常规健康教育的基础上给予针对性的、系统的健康教育结合电话随访,对照组给予常规健康教育。观察比较两组Hp清除、复发情况。结果:实验组Hp治疗后1、3、6、12个月清除率、复发率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针对性的、系统的健康教育结合电话随访可有效控制Hp传播、提高Hp清除率、降低Hp复发率。

Objective：To discuss the influence of health education combined with telephone follow - up on the curative effect in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive patients. Methods ： 300 H. pylori positive patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group （150 cases in each group） according to the date of examination （odd and even days）. The questionnaire on the needs of knowledge about Helicobacter pylori and the questionnaire on the needs of health education to H. pylori positive patients were provided for the patients in the two groups. The targeted and systematic health education combined with telephone follow - up was carried out according to the survey results in the experimental group based on conventional health education and the patients in the control group only received conventional health education. The clearance and recurrence of Helicobacter pylori were observed and compared between the two groups. Results ： There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of the clearance rate and recurrence rate of Helicobacter pylori between the two groups respectively in one month and 3,6,12 months after treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ：The targeted and sys- tematic health education combined with telephone follow - up can effectively control the spread of Helicobacter pylori, increase the clear- ance rate and reduce the recurrence rate of Helicobacter pylori.
