马黄酊湿敷在血液病化疗药物外渗患者中的应用

Application of wet compress with Mahuang tincture to nosohemia patients with effusion of chemotherapy drugs

目的:探讨马黄酊湿敷在血液病化疗药物外渗患者中的应用效果。方法:将48例血液病化疗药物外渗患者随机分为观察组和对照组各24例,观察组局部应用马黄酊湿敷,对照组采用50%硫酸镁溶液湿敷,比较两组效疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:马黄酊湿敷治疗血液病化疗药物外渗效果满意,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the application effect of wet compress with Mahuang tincture to nosohemia patients with effusion of chemotherapy drugs. Methods ：48 nosohemia patients with effusion of chemotherapy drugs were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （24 cases in each group）. The patients in the observation group were treated with local wet compress with Mahuang tincture and the patients in the control group were treated with wet compress with 50% magnesium sulfate solution,the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results ： The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than that the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The wet compress with Mahuang tincture has a good effect in the treatment of nosohemia patients with effusion of chem- otherapy drugs.
