心理护理干预对子宫肌瘤患者手术应激及生活质量的影响

Influence of psychological nursing intervention on the operation related stress and quality of life of patients with uterine leiomyoma

目的:探讨心理护理干预对子宫肌瘤患者手术应激及生活质量的影响。方法:将106例子宫肌瘤手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各53例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组此基础上给予心理护理干预,比较两组手术应激状态及术后生活质量。结果:观察组术前1 h焦虑评分、抑郁评分、心率、收缩压与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在出院时、出院1周、出院2周生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理干预可改善子宫肌瘤患者的手术应激反应,提高其生活质量。

Objective ： To explore the influence of psychological nursing intervention on the operation related stress and quality of life of patients with uterine leiomyoma. Methods ： 106 patients received operation of uterine leiomyoma were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （ 53 cases in each group）. Routine nursing care was given to the patients in the control group and psychological nursing intervention was additionally implemented in the observation group, the state of operation related stress and postoperative quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results ： There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the comparison of the scores of anxiety and depression, heart rate and systolic pressure one hour before operation （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the scores of quality of life of the patients were higher in the observation group than the control group at the time of discharge, one week and 2 weeks af- ter discharge（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The psychological nursing intervention can improve the operation related stress and the postoperative quality of life of the patients with uterine leiomyoma.
