不同护理干预模式对高龄人工股骨头置换术患者康复效果的影响

Influence of the different nursing intervention models on the rehabilitation effect of the elderly patients with artificial femoral head replacement

目的:探讨不同护理干预模式对高龄人工股骨头置换术患者康复效果的影响。方法:将105例患者随机分为三组各35例,A组采用常规护理模式,B组采用人性化护理模式,C组采用循证护理模式。结果:C组住院时间短于A、B组(P<0.05),并发症发生率与A、B组比较差异无统计学意义;治疗1个月后C组SF-36评分高于A、B组(P<0.05)。结论:对高龄人工股骨头置换术患者采用循证护理模式优于常规护理模式和人性化护理模式,对患者的康复能起到更积极的作用。

Objective ：To explore the influence of the different nursing intervention models on the rehabilitation effect of the elderly pa- tients with artificial femoral head replacement. Methods ： 105 patients were randomly divided into three groups （ 35 cases in each group ）The routine nursing model was used in group A ;humanistic nursing model was adopted in group B and the evidence -based nursing model was implemented in group C. Results ： The hospitalization time was shorter in group C than that in group A and B （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the differ- ence in the comparison of the complication rate was not statistically significant between group C and group A, B ; SF - 36 score was higher in group C than that in group A and group B after treatment for one month （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The evidence - based nursing model is superior to the routine nursing model and humanistic nursing model in the treatment of the elderly patients with artificial femoral head re- placement and it can play a more active role in the rehabilitation of patients.
