心理护理干预对围术期患者不同阶段心理应激影响的Meta分析

Meta analysis of the effect of psychological nursing intervention on psychological stress of patients at different perioperative stages

目的:探讨心理护理干预对围术期患者不同阶段心理应激的影响。方法:计算机检索相关文献,进行质量评价后按一定标准筛选文献,采用RevMan5.1软件对患者围术期不同阶段焦虑、抑郁、血压及心率进行Meta分析。结果:纳入研究12项,合计样本量1 109例,纳入研究的方法学质量均为C级。Meta分析结果显示,心理护理干预组与对照组患者在围术期不同阶段焦虑、抑郁、收缩压、舒张压、心率方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且除舒张压外其余各项指标在围术期不同阶段具有异质性。结论:护士注重对围术期患者实施心理护理干预是行之有效的护理措施,能够明显降低患者围术期不同阶段的心理应激反应及负性情绪。

Objective ：To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on psychological stress of patients at different perioper- ative stages. Methods ： The relevant literatures were retrieved to screen the literatures according to certain standards after the quality evalua- tion. RevMan 5.1 software was used to make Meta analysis of anxiety, depression, blood pressure and heart rate of the patients at different perioperative stages. Results：12 literatures were finally included in this study and the total sample size was involved in 1109 cases, the methodological quality was all in level C. The results of Meta analysis showed that there were sattistieally significant differences in the com- parison of anxiety, depression, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and heart rate of the patients at different perioperative stages between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the other indexes had heterogeneity at different perioperative stages except diastolic blood pressure. Conclusion ： The psychological nursing intervention can significantly reduce the psychological stress and negative emotion of the patients at different perioperative stages.
