摘要
教师领导日益成为学校发展与革新的一种重要策略,近年来,逐渐成为许多国家教师教育研究领域的热点问题。本文从教师领导的兴起谈起,通过查询领导概念在管理学中和心理学中的涵义,综合国内外学者对教师领导含义的介绍,然后给出了教师领导的概念界定,并进行教师领导类型的划分,然后系统地分析了教师领导对教师自身、其他教师、学生和学校的作用和效能,并且从教师本身的因素、角色关系、学校制度结构和时间空间机会因素等这几方面因素分析阐述他们对教师领导的影响。
Teacher leadership has become an important strategy of school development and innovation , in recent years, it gradually becomes a hot issue in the field of teacher education research in many countries. This article talks about the rise of teacher leadership, led by querying the concept in management and psychology, integrating the concept of teacher leadership given by scholars both internal and abroad, then makes the definition of teacher leadership, classifies the type of teacher leadership, then systematically analyzes the function and effectiveness of teacher leadership to teachers themselves, other teachers, students and school. Based on the factors like teacher themselve, role relation, the school structure system , the opportunity , time and space, this article analyses the influence to teacher leadership.
