临床用药不安全因素的分析及对策

目的查找临床用药不安全的主要因素,探索针对临床用药不安全因素的对策及有效措施。方法对本院2011年度和2012年度发生的各种用药错误进行整理。结果临床用药不安全的主要风险因素为病区配药存在的安全隐患、病区备用药的安全隐患、未按照药品说明书合理用药、医嘱处理、执行医嘱过程中存在的安全隐患等其他因素。结论从思想重视临床用药的安全性、加强临床用药管理制度及临床用药的人员培训等方面来解决目前临床用药不安全的状况,以保障临床用药的安全性。

Objective To seek the main factors for clinical use unsafe, and to explore the countermeasures against the clinical medication of unsafe factors and effective measures. Methods All kinds of medication errors in our hospital were collected during 2011-2012.Results The main risk factors of clinical medication of insecurity was ward dispensing hidden safety problems, the ward drug safety hidden danger, not in accordance with theinstructions of rational use of drugs, medical treatment,process execution order in the security risks and other factors. Conclusion From the ideological importance to clinical medication safety, to strengthen the clinical medication management system and clinical training of personnel to resolve the current status of clinical medication is not safe, to ensure the safety of clinical medication.
