低分子肝素在中老年人腹部肿瘤围手术期的应用研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的 研究低分子肝素（LMWH） 应用于中老年人腹部肿瘤围手术期的临床效果,探讨其预防静脉血栓的作用和对出血的影响.方法 回顾性分析2012 年5 月~2013 年2 月于本院治疗的腹部肿瘤130 例患者的临床资料.结果 LMWH 组和对照组术前抗Xa 活性差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,术后两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.LMWH组和对照组导管相关性血栓发生率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.LMWH有2 例发生轻微皮下出血,及时处理后止血.对照组无不良反应情况发生.结论 低分子肝素能够有效增加Xa 活性,降低术后深静脉血栓的发生率.
