This article summarizes the status of seed safety inspection and testing system in Liaoning province from the perspectives of institutional setup, the quality of personnel, testing equipment, and detection ability, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward corresponding measures in a bid to provide theoretical reference for the improvement of seed quality detection level in the province and even the whole country as well.
