Cultural resources development is a comprehensive one, and it is a kind of economic activity. This article makes analysis on the existing problems in the development of Wuqiang County Cultural Industry, and puts forward measures to promote the leap-forward development in the cultural industry of Wuqiang County, including establishing dominant brands, constructing industrial development pattern, strengthening publicity, improving industrial chain, and activating cultural resources.
