Assessment Scheme for Distribution Network Planning based on Life Cycle Cost

从配电网规划项目的全寿命周期出发,综合考虑配电网规划项目在规划期内各阶段发生的成本,计及资金的时间价值,同时考虑配电网络的功率平衡等约束条件,以配电网网架多阶段规划方案的总费用成本现值和最小为目标函数,建立配电网网架多阶段规划的数学模型,得出可靠性与经济性相协调的配电网网架多阶段规划最优规划方案。

From the perspective of the life cycle of distribution network planning project, considering the costs of each stage during plan- ning period of the electrical distribution networks planning project,taking the time value of money into account,meanwhile considering the power balance of the distribution network and other constraints,to minimal the present value of costs of electricity as the objective function that the model of multi--stage optimization of distribution network structure planning is put forward, then we will get the optimal planning that coordinate the reliability and economy.
