农药管理工作事关粮食稳产高产、环境生态保持和农产品质量安全。概述辽宁省农药管理工作基本情况及存在的问题,并有针对性地提出完善农药监管法律法规、增加经费投入、提高执法人员素质、健全执法手段等措施加以解决。
Pesticide management is related to stable and high yields of crops, environmental ecological conservation and the quality and safety of agricultural products. This article reviews the basic situation of pesticide management in Liaoning province and the existing problems, and puts forward measures to address these problems, including improving the pesticide regulatory laws and regulations, increasing investment, improving the quality of law enforcement personnel and enhancing law enforcement.
