肝病治疗仪联合复方丹参注射液治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的效果评价

Effect evaluation of hepatopathy therapeutic apparatus combined with compound danshen injection in treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis

目的评价肝病治疗仪联合复方丹参注射液治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床效果,总结两者联用在肝病治疗中的应用价值。方法以本院2008年3月～2010年6月确诊为非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的门诊、住院患者为观察对象。按照入院顺序随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。两组患者均给予去除病因治疗,包括戒酒、调整饮食、体育锻炼等。治疗组在对照组的基础上采用HD-91-Ⅱ型肝病治疗仪进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状的变化、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TCH)、体重指数(BMI)、腰围/臀围(ACR)及肝脏的超声影像学改变。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,显著高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05);治疗组ALT、AST、BMI降低情况与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝病治疗仪联合复方丹参注射液治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎安全有效,无不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the hepatopathy therapeutic apparatus combined with com- pound danshen injection in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis and summarize its application value in the hepatopathy treatment. Methods The outpatients and inpatients diagnosed with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis in our hospital from March 2008 to June 2010 were selected as the observation subjects and randomly divided into the treat- ment group and the control group according to the order of admission,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received treatment after removing the causes,including abstinence,diet adjustment and physical exercise and the HD- 91-II hepatopathy therapeutic apparatus was used for treatment.The treatment received additional dashen injection on the basis of the control group.The changes of clinical symptoms,alanine aminotransferase （ALT）,triglyceride （TG）,body mass index （BMI）,waist/hip （ACR） and liver ultrasound imaging after the treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total response rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,which was significantly higher than the 70.0% of the control group （P〈0.05）.The ALT,AST,BMI and ACR decrease in treatment group compared with the control group,there existed statistical significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hepatopathy therapeutic apparatus combined with com- pound danshen injection is safe,effective and free of side effects in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, thereby worthy of clinical promotion.
