注射用血凝酶两种给药途径对经纤维支气管镜活检出血的影响

Effect of two medication ways of hemocoagulase in the bleeding after trans-brochial lung biopsy

目的探讨注射用血凝酶两种给药途径对经纤维支气管镜肺活检出血的影响。方法将2009年2月～2012年12月在本院接受经纤维支气管镜肺活检的80例患者随机分为A组和B组各40例,A组应用注射用血凝酶于术前10 min静脉滴注,B组应用注射用血凝酶于术前3～5 min镜下局部喷洒。结果 A组活检后出血程度明显低于B组(P<0.05),且活检后至出血时间明显延长(P<0.05);两组患者术前、术后红细胞、血红蛋白及血小板计数均未发生明显变化(P>0.05)。结论应用注射用血凝酶静脉给药对经纤维支气管镜肺活检有显著的防治出血的效果,且安全性好。

Objective To investigate the effect of two medication ways of hemocoagulase in the bleeding after trans- brochial lung biopsy. Methods 80 petients who would accepted trans-brochial lung biopsy in our hospital from Febru- ary 2009 to December 2012 were randomly divided into group A （n=40） and group B （n=40）,the group A were admin- istrated with hemocoagulase injection at 10 mimutes before the operation,group B were administrated with hemocoagu- lase injection before surgery 3-5 minutes of endoscopic spray. Results The estimated volume of bleeding of group A was significantly less than that of group B （P〈0.OS）,and the intervals between biopsy and bleeding of group A was sig- nificantly longer than that of group B （P〈0.05）.There were no difference of RBC,Hb and PLT between pre- and post- operation in two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclution Hemocoagulase is confirmed to be effective in inhibition against bleed- ing after trans-brochial lung biopsy.
