全膝关节置换术后围术期的康复护理

The rehabilitation nursing of total knee arthroplasty in perioperation

目的探讨全膝关节置换术后围术期的康复护理。方法对2011年3月～2012年5月本院收治的58例全膝关节置换术患者进行术前功能锻炼指导、术中评估指导、术后全面细致的康复护理及出院指导,在出院时对患者的膝关节功能状态进行评估,观察护理效果。结果 58例患者出院后随访6个月～2年,根据美国膝关节学会评分(KSS),全膝关节置换术评分为76～94分,平均85分;功能评分为74～92分,平均84分。结论全膝关节置换术患者经过围术期的全面康复护理,膝关节的功能恢复非常显著。

Objective To dicuss the rehabilitation nursing of patients with total knee arthroplasty in perioperation. Methods 58 patients undergone total knee arthroplasty admitted into our hospital from March 2011 to May 2012 were selected.They were provided with functional exercise guidance before surgery,assessment guidance during surgery,con- siderate rehabilitation nursing and discharge instruction after surgery.The functional status of these patients＇ knees was assessed when they left hospital,and nursing effect was observed. Results All participants were followed up from 6 months to 2 years after discharge,with reference to American knee society score （KSS） of total knee arthroplasty,the scores of 58 patients was from 76 to 94 points,with an average of 85 points.In the aspect of functional status,the scores varied from 74 to 92 points,with an average of 84 points. Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in pa- tients after total knee arthroplasty in perioperation is of significance in functional recovery of the knees.
