双管道无创呼吸机治疗重症COPD伴呼吸衰竭的临床护理体会

Clinical nursing experience of double pipe noninvasive ventilator in treatment of severe COPD and respiratory failure

目的探讨采用双管道无创呼吸机治疗重症COPD伴呼吸衰竭的临床护理体会。方法将31例重症COPD伴呼吸衰竭患者者随机分为参考组(16例)和重症组(15例)。对参考组患者行常规护理,对重症组患者行专人护理。结果参考组患者中,表现出焦虑情绪者10例,出现并发症者5例,配合医疗者8例;重症组患者中,表现出焦虑情绪者6例,出现并发症者1例,配合医疗者13例。两组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对重症COPD伴呼吸衰竭患者给予专人护理,能明显提升其临床配合度以及临床舒适度。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing experience of double pipe noninvasive ventilator in treatment of severe COPD and respiratory failure. Methods 31 cases of severe COPD with respiratory failure were randomly divid- ed into reference group （16 cases） and severe group （15 cases）.The reference group only received routine nursing care, the severe group was given special care. Results n the reference group,10 cases showed anxiety mood,5 cases ap- peared complications,there were 8 cases cooperate with medical.In the severe group,6 eases showed anxiety mood,1 cases appeared complications,there were 13 cases cooperate with medicahCompared between the two groups,the differ- ences were all statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Giving the special care to the patients with severe COPD and resoiratory failure can obviously imoroves the clinical coooeration and clinical comfort degree.
