摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务模式在骨科人工关节置换患者护理中的应用效果。方法将96例人工关节置换术患者分为观察组和对照组各48例,分别给予优质护理服务模式和小组制护理模式,观察两组患者术后恢复情况及满意度。结果观察组患者的疼痛缓解时间、拆线时间均少于对照组(P<0.05),平均关节屈伸活动度大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理的满意度为93.75%,明显高于对照组的79.17%(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务模式应用于骨科人工关节置换患者中可缩短患者的康复时间,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of high-quality nursing model in the nursing patients with prosthetic replacement in department of orthopedics. Methods 96 cases of prosthetic replacement were divided into the observation group and the control group with 48 cases each group,and it were treated with the high-quality nursing model and the group nursing model respectively.The postoperative recovery and satisfaction of the patients in the two groups was observed. Results As for the observation group,the odynolysis time and the time of stitch removal were both shorter than those of the control group （P〈0.05）,and the activity joint flexion and extension degree was bigger than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The patients＇ satisfaction of nursing in observation group was 93.75%,which was signifi- cantly higher than that of control group （79.17%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing model in the nursing patients with prosthetic replacement can shorten the recovery time of patients and increase their satis- faction.
