骨科长期卧床患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防和护理

Prevention and nursing on orthopedic bedridden patients with deep venous thrombosis

目的分析骨科长期卧床患者下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的原因,探讨相应的预防措施及护理对策。方法对本院2009年6月～2012年10月收治的72例骨科患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结下肢DVT的原因及防治护理对策。结果 72例患者中有11例患者出现下肢DVT,经过针对性处理及预防性护理后,未再出现下肢DVT;11例患者7～10 d后患肢肿胀明显消失,且均未出现肺栓塞等全身并发症。结论下肢DVT是骨科长期卧床患者严重的并发症之一,必须加以重视;对该类患者必须进行预防性护理及综合护理才能有效防止该病的形成及提高治疗结果。

Objective To analyze the reasons for deep venous thrombosis in patients with orthopedic bedridden,and discuss relevant preventive measures and nursing measures. Methods The clinical data of 72 bedridden orthopedic patients admitted by our hospital from June 2009 to October 2012 was retrospectively analyzed,and causes and pre- vention nursing measures for deep venous thrombosis were summed up. Results 11 cases of patients in 72 patients were found to have deep venous thrombosis,and no deep vein thrombosis was found to recur after specific treatment and preventive care;The swelling of injured limbs of 11 patients apparently disappeared,and no pulmonary embolism or other systemic complications were found. Conclusion The deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity is one of severe complications in orthopedic bedridden patients,attention must be paid;patients must be subject to preventive care and integrated care in order to effectively prevent the formation of the disease and to improve care and treatment results.
