高职护理专业实践教学体系的研究与探索 被引量:1

Research and exploration on the practice teaching system of higher vocational nursing profession

摘要 目的构建新的实践教学模式,提高高职护生的临床实践能力。方法以2007、2008、2009级护生为研究对象,分为对照组(2007级护生)和实验组(2008、2009级护生);对照组采用常规教学,而实验组增加实践教学,对两组护士的毕业实习成绩、患者评分及专家考核进行记录。结果患者对实验组入院护理、专业态度、健康教育、病情观察、护理操作及出院护理的评分均高于对照组;且专家对实验组的总体评分明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实践教学体系的改革效果明显,值得推广使用。 Objective To improve the nursing professional clinical practice ability by building a new practice teaching mode. Methods The students of 2007,2008,2009 grade were selected as the research object,then they were divided in- to control group (2007 grade students) and experimental group (2008,2009 grade students);the control group used con- ventional teaching,while the experimental group increased practice teaching,the graduation practice score,patients' scores and expert appraisal of the nurses in the two groups was recorded. Results The scores of experimental group given by patients in the aspect of hospital care,professional attitude,health education,disease observation,care and oper- ation and discharge care were higher than that of control group; then the scores of the experimental group given by the experts was also better than that of control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclussion The reform of the practical teaching system has obvious effect,and it is worthy to be popularized.
