摘要
目的探讨糖尿病饮食标准化治疗方案在糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选择2012年1月~2013年1月在本院住院治疗的64例2型糖尿病患者,按照随机原则分为两组,实验组和对照组,其中对照组患者采用健康宣教的方式对其进行饮食指导,实验组患者则采用标准化的饮食治疗方案,对比两组患者通过不同饮食方案治疗1周后血糖情况,并对患者满意度进行统计。结果实验组患者治疗1周后血糖恢复正常24例(75.00%),对照组血糖恢复正常13例(40.63%),且实验组患者满意度要明显高于对照组患者。结论 2型糖尿病患者实施饮食标准化护理方案可以显著缩短血糖恢复正常的时间,提高患者对医疗护理工作的满意度,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of standardized treatment method of diabetic diet for intervention of diabetic patients. Method 64 cases of type 2' diabetes in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were cho- sen and divided randomly into experiment group and control group. Control group was given method of health educa- tion for guidance of diet and experiment group was given standardized treatment method of diabetic diet. Blood sugar recovery situations of both groups after treatment were compared and satisfaction degrees of patients were counted. Result After 1 week treatment, blood glucose of 24 cases (75.00%)of experiment group recovered to normal level, and 13 cases (40.63%) of control group recovered to normal, besides, satisfaction degree of experiment group was obviously higher than control group. Conclusion Standardized treatment method of diabetic diet in type 2 diabetes patients can significantly shorten the time of blood sugar recovery and improve satisfactory degree of patients to medical nursing, so it's worth of being popularized.
