摘要
目的:观察依托考昔片联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗髌骨软化症的临床疗效。方法:回顾性研究髌骨软化症患者94例,分为治疗组53例和对照组41例。治疗组给予依托考昔联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖口服治疗,对照组仅给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗。治疗1个疗程后,观察两组患者膝关节功能及疼痛强度。结果:治疗后两组患者膝关节功能均获得改善,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者膝关节疼痛均获得缓解,治疗组患者疼痛缓解优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依托考昔联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖是治疗髌骨软化症的一种安全、有效的方法。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of etoricoxib combined with glucosamine sulphate in the treatment of chondromalacia patellae.Methods：94 cases with patella osteomalacia were retrospectively studied and divided into the treatment group （ 53 cases ） treated with etoricoxib combined with glucosamine sulphate and the control group （ 41 cases ） treated with glucosamine sulphate,observing their knee joint function and pain intensity after 1 course of treatment.Results：After treatment,the knee joint function of the two groups improved,the treatment group being better than the control group and the difference being statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ;The knee pain intensity of the two groups were relieved,the treatment group being better than the control group and the difference being statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion：It was a safe and effective method to treat chondromalacia patellae with etoricoxib combined with glucosamine sulfate
