军团病的诊治进展

Advance of Diagnosis and Treatment on Legionnaires' Disease

军团病是一种新发现的细菌性传染病,由军团菌所引起。目前,军团菌属有41种64个血清型。某些种型军团菌引起的临床疾患称之为军团病。主要以嗜肺军团菌血清型1型感染最为常见。临床表现主要有肺炎型和发热型。但军团菌还可以引起全身器官组织感染。由于临床症状不典型,易造成误诊误治,病死率高达25％-50％。因此,早期诊断、合理治疗十分重要,本文简述军团病诊治进展。

Legionnaires' disease(LD) is a bacterial infectious one which was first discovered in 1976 in USA. Up to date, there were 41 species including 64 serogroups in Legionella. LD was named by Legionella clinical infection in human -beings. Among them, prevanlence of bacterial strain was Legionella pneumophila(Lp) serogroup 1. The infection caused by Lp1 was very common. . The clinical feature was divided into two types, that is , pneumonic type and Ponti-ac fever. However, infection of all organ -tissues in the body was caused by the agents. Because the clinical symptoms of LD were characteristic, misdiagnosis and delayed treatment for the disease could be made. Mortality was very high. Therefore , it is very important for medical workers to make diag-nois and reasonable treatment as early as possible. The review could briefly introduce the advance in diagnosis and treatment of LD.
