摘要
本文综述了乳癌标志物的研究现状,重点介绍检测乳癌标志物对指导内分泌治疗、辅助诊断、判断预后的临床意义。表明这些肿瘤标志物对乳癌病人是有价值的预测指标。
This article reviews the recent data of studies on the tumor markers of breast carcinoma, especially introducing the clinical significance of it to guide the endocrine therapy, adjuvant diagnosis and prognostic assessment for the patients with breast cancer. It is showed that the detection of tumor mark- ers is a valuable indicator of prediction for the breast carcinoma.
