摘要
课程智慧是影响教师课程问题解决和课程行为选择的重要因素。课程智慧决定着教师个人课程的结构质量和运行水平。就其本质而言,课程智慧是课程主体具备的有利于课程活动高质量开展和课程问题高水平解决的综合情智结构,具有情境性、文化性、发展性、实效性、创造性和艺术性等特征。提升教师课程智慧应该从提升教师的课程意识、唤醒教师的积极情感、提升教师的知识水平、提供宽松的成长环境、鼓励不断尝试与反思等几个方面着手。
Curriculum wisdom is an important factor which can influence teachers' curriculum problem solving and course behavior selection. Curriculum wisdom determines personal teacher's curriculum structure quality and operation level. In essence, curriculum wisdom is the course subject' s comprehensive emotional and intellectual structure that can be favorable for carrying out curriculum activities in high quality and solving curriculum problems in high level, and it has the situational, cultural, developmental, effective, creative and artistic characteristics. In order to improve teachers' curriculum wisdom, the following 5 aspects are suggested: improving teachers' curriculum awareness, waking up teachers' positive feelings, improving teachers' knowledge level, providing comfortable growth environment and encouraging constant trial and reflection.
