学校教育角色化的消解

摘要 "基于效率的公正"意味着坚持效率的基础性,强化公正的导向性。以"基于效率的公正"作为消解学校教育角色化的应然价值取向,是基于对我国社会发展历史的反思和社会发展现实的审察,更是基于对我国社会发展所面临的主要矛盾与所处的国际境遇的考量。学校教育角色化的消解,在路径选择上需要采取基于应然价值取向的社会场域整体的转型性变革。其具体策略是:学校应回归教育诸功能的本然关系,恪守育人价值的首要地位;教育行政部门应实现政绩观的调整与职能角色的转换;政府应切实加快、加大教育投入,促进区域教育均衡发展;国家应着力加快推进社会用人制度与薪酬制度的改革。 "Justice based on efficiency" means to keep the foundation of efficiency, and strengthen the guidance of justice. "Justice based on efficiency" is taken as the value orientation to eliminate the characterization of school education, which is not only based on the reflection of China' s social development history and the review of realities of social develop- ment, but also based on the consideration of the main contradictions of China' s social development and the actual condi- tions in the international situation. The elimination of the characterization of school education needs the overall transforma- tional change of social field based on the value orientation in the path selection, and the following specific strategies are ad- vised to take: schools should return to the original relationship of the education functions and abide by the primary position of the value of cultivation; the educational administrative departments should adjust the view of achievements and transform the function role; the government should speed up to increase the investment in education to promote the balanced develop- ment of regional education; and the State should accelerate the reform of social service system and the salary system.
