摘要
当前,山西省普通高中教育面临着由事业规模发展向质量提升转变、培养目标由精英教育向大众化教育转变、人才培养模式由知识型向多元、创新型转变的新的发展形势。在新的发展形势下,山西省普通高中多样化办学体制的格局初步形成,特色化发展成为了多样化办学的一个直接指向,不同地方正在因地制宜探索普通高中多样化办学模式,但也存在着普通高中教育"功利化"现象严重、单一性的课程目标没有撼动、多元评价机制尚未形成、学校多样化发展的支撑体系仍然缺乏等问题。促进山西省普通高中多样化发展,应做好全省普通高中多样化发展的统筹规划,积极鼓励学校探索多样化的人才培养模式,为普通高中的多样化发展提供充足的政策支持和资源保障。
Currently, common senior middle school education in Shanxi province is in a new developmental situation where it is changing from the scale development to the quality improvement, from the elite education to the popular educa- tion in terms of training objectives, and from the knowledge to the diversity and creativity with regards to the talent training model. In this new situation, the diversified educational system of common senior middle schools in Shanxi province has taken shape with the characteristic development as the direction. And different places are exploring the diversified educa- tional models according to the local conditions although there are still such problems as serious utilitarianism, singular cur- riculum objectives, no multiple evaluation system, and lack of the system supporting the diversified development. To pro- mote the diversified development of common senior middle schools in Shanxi province, it is necessary to make an overall planning, encourage actively the schools to explore the diversified talent training models and provide sufficient policy and resources support to the diversified develooment.
