摘要
师德建设的现代性不仅是师德教育问题,而且与市场经济、学校教师管理模式、教师的资质、教师的地位和待遇以及整体社会环境密切相关。目前,在师德建设方面,学校普遍采取行政化管理模式,由此造成了众多弊端,表现出教师不应有的"消极被动性",这与以爱和创造性为核心的师德涵义渐行渐远。加强现代师德建设,必须着眼于教师管理模式的转变,开发蕴藏在广大教师身上的道德主体意识,即一种体现爱和创造性的师德智慧。
The modernity of teacher's ethics construction is not only an issue about teacher's morality education, but also closely related to a series of factors such as the market economy, the mode of school teacher management, the teacher qualification, the teacher' s status and treatment, and the environment of the whole society. Currently, in terms of the construction of teacher's ethics, the widespread administrative management mode in the schools, which has caused a lot of disadvantages, shows "the negative passivity" teachers should not have and is getting farther away from the connotation of teacher's ethics with love and creativity as the center. To strengthen the construction of teacher's ethics, it is necessary to focus on the transformation of teacher management mode, and develop the consciousness of moral subject stored in teachers, that is the teacher' s morality wisdom which is a reflection of love and creativity.
