摘要
一台普通离心机组在进行大修改造后,试机过程中在同一压力点连续出现喘振,采用排除的方法,对可能造成机组喘振的原因进行排除,最后确认是因为机组的一级蜗壳下沉,造成型环与叶轮不同心,型环上、下间隙不均衡,机组带负荷运行时,存在气体回流的情况,引起机组喘振。
Surging kept occurring at the same pressure point in a common chiller during trial running after an overhaul. Exclusion method causes of the surging; and finally it was determined that the was used to exclud centrifugal e possible sinking of the primary spiral housing caused eccentricity of the rings and impellers and uneven gap between upper and lower rings, leading to gas reflux in loaded operation and resulting in unit surging.
