四连铸水处理高速过滤器反洗工艺改进

摘要 针对宝钢四连铸水处理高速过滤器反洗工艺中存在的富余能力,利用原有设计,将过滤器反洗管道和送水管道联通并通过阀门进行控制,反洗水源由原来反洗泵输送改造为过滤器送水泵内部循环输送,使得工艺内的富余能力加以利用,最终达到降本增效的目的。 As the backwash process of high-speed filters in the water treatment system of the No.4 continuous casting plant of Baosteel had some redundant capacity, the backwash pipe and water delivery pipe of filters were connected and controlled through a valve utilizing original design, while the backwash water source was changed to internal circulative supply by filter water pump instead of backwash pump, to fully utilize the redundant process capacity and in turn reduce production cost.
