LaCoO_3超细粒子的模板法制备及光催化性能研究 被引量:4

Study on Photocatalytic Activity of LaCoO_3 Ultrafine Particle Prepared by Template Method

摘要 以La2O3和Co(NO3)2.6H2O为主要原料,用"模板法"结合"热处理"技术制备LaCoO3超细粒子,用TG-DSC、TEM、XRD、FT-IR检测手段进行表征;以15 W紫外灯为光源,用甲基橙溶液的光催化降解测试超细粒子的催化活性。结果显示:La-Co湿凝胶经170℃真空干燥,可制得粒径小于10 nm不完全晶化的超细粒子;经800℃热处理,可得到粒径介于50 nm~120 nm具有一定光催化活性的斜方晶系钙钛矿型LaCoO3。 Using La203 and Co( NO3 )2 ·6H20 as raw material, ultrafine La - Co was prepared by template method inwhich PEG was severed as template agent while vacuum drying technology being adopted. The prepared materials' crystal structure and morphology were characterized by TG - DTA, XRD, FT- IR and TEM. The photocatalytic activity of uhrafine La - Co powders was evaluated by degradation of methyl orange (MO) solution under 15 W UV light irradiation. The results show that at 170 ~C, the incomplete crystalline La- Co ultrafine particles with the size less than 10 nm can be obtained, and the crystalline phases were I_a( NO3 )3 · 4H2O and LaONO3. At 800 ~C, the size of the particles increased to 50 - 120 nm, and the nanocrystalline LaCo03 had a perfect rhombohedral perovskite structure.
