摘要
通过分析创新型国家建设与机制体制,并结合世界创新型国家的建设模式与经验,探索建设创新型国家的体制机制,采用博弈理论的分析方法,研究国家创新主体在创新决策过程中的选择机制,推导创新系统的合作关系重要性,提出了我国构建创新型国家体制与机制的政策建议。
through the analysis of the construction of innovatiw; country and institutional mechanisms, and in the light of the world of innovative country construction mode and experience, to explore the mechanism of building innovative coun- try, using the analysis method of game theory, the selection mechanism of subject in the research of national innovation in the innovation decision process, cooperation between the importance of derivation of innovation system, construct national innovation system and mechanism of China＇ s policy recommendations.
