摘要
从4个方面对创新机制的驱动作用进行了探讨:从运行机制上坚持科学发展观的第一要义,以理论深化创新机制为引擎驱动发展;从动力机制上坚持科学发展观的理论本质,以实践创新推动机制为动力驱动发展;从发展机制上坚持科学发展观的根本方法,以协同创新交融机制为内核驱动发展;从目标机制上坚持科学发展观的核心立场,以目标创新引导机制为关键驱动发展。
Scientific development requires innovation mechanism of the drive function. This paper probes into it from several aspects ： Insist on scientific development view from the operation mechanism and deepen the theory innovation mech- anism as the engine. Insist on scientific development essence from the dynamic mechanism and innovate practice mechanism as the power. Insist on scientific development methods from the development mechanism and driver the collabo- rative innovation integration mechanism as kernel. Insist on scientific development core position and guide the target innova- tion development as the key.
