Research on the Developing Strategy of Chinese Automobile Industry Based Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

根据我国汽车产品分类发展情况和汽车市场尤其是农村汽车市场需求结构特征及变化趋势,提出通过实施汽车产业的"农村包围城市"发展战略,有效积累资本掌控股权,进而加大R&D投入进行关键、共性技术研发,掌控知识产权的构想,以最终达到掌控"两权",实现自主决策、自主发展的目的。

According to China, especially new country automobile market demand structure characteristics and its de- veloping trend, and the developing situation of different automotive products, this paper carries out the idea of implementing the developing strategy of encircling urban by rural to control ownership and intellectual property fights. By implementing this developing strategy, make it be possible to accumulate capitaJ~ to control ownership, and next, to control intellectual property rights by inereasing R＆D investment to research key technology, and finally, to come to the aim of independent development.
