技术进步对现代农业产业集群的影响研究——以陕西富平农业产业集群为例

The Effect of Technological Advances on Fuping modern agricultural cluster

通过详细分析富平农业产业集群的时空演变过程及集群结构两方面内容，观察技术进步对现代农业产业集群的作用规律。研究发现：技术进步对现代农业产业集群的推动是有其特定规律的，在现代农业产业集群形成的初期集聚阶段，技术进步在先，集群发展在后，即技术进步推动集群形成；而在中期的产业联系阶段，是技术进步本地化的过程；当现代农业产业集群的发展相对稳定后，技术进步与集群发展相辅相成、相互促生。

Through detailed analysis of modem agricultural cluster of Fuping from spatial and temporal aspects, its cluster structure, and the effect technological advances cast on agricultural cluster, a research has been conducted that the promotion of technological advance to modem agricultural cluster is base on certain regularity. At the early stage of modem agricultural cluster, technological advances is prior to the development of cluster which means technological advances is the motivation to the development of cluster. In the mid-term, the connection phase, the emphasis is on the localization of technological advances. After the modem agricultural cluster has developed to a steady stage, technological advances and cluster development are intertwined.
