摘要
利用Li 64 0 0光合测定系统对抗虫杂交棉鲁棉 1 5号杂种 (F1)及其父本 (M)、母本 (F)光合日变化的研究表明 ,F1的光合日变化在测定的 4个生育阶段皆呈单峰曲线 ,未出现午休 ,其净光合速率 (Pn)在铃期前一直高于M和F ,铃期界于M和F之间 ,表现出极强的光合能力 ,这是杂种F1生长势强、产量高的重要生理基础。文中提出 。
Bt transgenic hybrid cotton SDCR15 and its parents were used to study their diurnal course of photosynthesis(Pn)with Li 6400 portable photosynthesis system in the fields. It was found that during the tested 4 growing stages, the Pn of F 1 showed a curvilinear change with one peak without midday depression of photosynthesis. The Pn value of F 1 was much higher than that of M and F before boll setting stage, while it situated between that of M and F during boll setting stage. The much higher photosynthetic intensity of F 1 could be its main physiological basis for vigorous growth and high yield. It was concluded that the difference of Pn and midday depression between hybrid cotton and its parents probably resulted from the difference of photosynthesis gene expression.
