摘要
在赢嘉中心办公楼的改造设计中,基于提升使用功能的要求,增加了楼面荷载(铺设地暖等),削弱了整楼的刚度(首层顶板大堂挑空导致大面积楼板开洞,升级空调系统使核心筒增开了大量设备洞口).由于该工程设计于1993年,与现阶段的设计存在规范和计算上的不同,结构层间位移角远远不能满足新规范要求.为提高结构抗侧刚度,改善结构抗震性能,对比分析了增大墙柱截面和加防屈曲支撑等几种方案.结果表明,防屈曲支撑既能增加结构的整体刚度,又能节省建筑面积,节约综合造价.
Many changes occur during the reinforcement and reconstruction design of Yingjia office building project.The structure must be reinforced because the function of use is raised.There are two big open areas on the second floor.The load of the floor is added because of the ground heating system.There are many holes of VRV system on the core wall.The changes of structure make the building much weak.The building is design in 1993,the codes is different from the current codes.The drift angle is bigger than the current code limit.The following structure member strengthening methods are adopted in the building,which are section enlargement,buckling restrained brace,fiber reinforced concrete and etc.The buckling restrained brace strengthening method can increase the stiffness of the building and decrease the cost of the project.It is a very good choice for the project.
