荆门市国库储粮重量及质量损失调查

INVESTIGATION ON LOSSES OF WEIGHT AND QUALITY OF GRAIN STORED IN STATE WAREHOUSES IN JINMEN CITY

抽样调查结果表明 ,荆门市国库常规储存稻谷在 1～ 6年的不同储存期平均自然损耗为 0 .2 2 % ,薄膜密闭储粮的损耗率为 0 .1 3% ;露天常规储粮损耗率为 0 .38% ,薄膜密闭储粮损耗率为 0 .2 9%。储粮虫蚀率 :仓内常规储粮为 0 .1 7% ,薄膜密闭储粮为 0 .1 % ;露天常规储粮为 0 .2 5% ,薄膜密闭储粮为 0 .1 8%。储藏稻谷品质测定结果 :只要有通风控温措施 ,无论仓内或露天存放 ,其差异不明显 ,一般储存期在两年以内的回归评分值均在 75分以上 ,储藏 3年以上的 ,只有仓内薄膜密闭储粮的回归评分值在70分以上。储粮的重量及质量损失均随储藏年限的延长而增加。

The investigation of grain stored for 1～6 years showed that average natural losses were 0.22% for the paddy of conventional storage,0.13% for seal storage;0.38% for outdoor conventional storage,0.29% for outdoor seal storage.The losses by insect damage:0.17% for conventional storage,0.1% for seal storage;0.25% for outdoor conventional storage, 0.18% for outdoor seal storage.The stored grain quality:The difference was not obvious between indoor and outdoor storage at conditions of ventilation and controlling temperature.The regression value was above 75 for grain stored for two years,above 70 for seal storage.The weight losses and quality losses increased with storage period.
