摘要
介绍了该既有建筑的围护结构、给排水系统、电气自控系统和空调系统的节能改造。作为节能改造示范工程,采用了地源热泵、温度湿度独立控制、水冷VRF、风冷VRF等不同空调系统,以便对比不同系统的运行数据。给出了夏季空调系统的实际运行数据并针对发现的问题进行了分析,供同类工程既有建筑节能改造参考。
Presents the reformation of the building envelope, water supply and drainage system, electricity automatic control system and air conditioning system. For energy efficiency reformation demonstration, this project adopts the ground-source heat pump system, temperature and humidity independent control system, water-cooled VRF and air-cooled VRF systems for comparing their operating data. Proffers the operating data of the air conditioning system in summer and analyses the problems found, orovidin~ a reference for similar reformation oroiects.
